<p>My favorite move for toning arms (and your upper body in general) is PUSH UPS! Why?</p>
<p>Push Ups require no equipment. You can do any kind, any time, any where! They hit all kinds of muscles! Experiment with various hand positions to hit the arms, shoulders and chest from different angles. Wide hands/elbows hit more chest, while narrow hands target more triceps. Try staggering (one arm slightly more forward than the other) your hands for additional core work. You&#8217;ll work your upper body and your abs too! They also keep your heart rate up, which forces you to burn more calories.</p>
<p>So.. PUSH your way UP to great arms this summer. Do 3 sets of 15 push ups every morning and see what a difference it makes in just 30 days!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Try these 3 easy steps this week to start bringing more simplicity, calm and centeredness into your life:</p>
<p>1) Make your bed. Every morning. Even if you live alone, making the bed starts the day off right. Making the bed every morning puts you into the mode of caring for your things, and cleaning up right after you use something. It&#8217;s a great way to begin to change the energy in your house (even if no one sees it!).</p>
<p>2) Grocery shop. With a list. It doesn&#8217;t have to be a huge, elaborate list, but you need a list. Jot down your necessary items before you head out the door (try to keep it to a one half page size or less). You will stop aimlessly wondering aisles and wasting money on things you don&#8217;t need.</p>
<p>3) Wake up 10 minutes earlier during weekdays. I know it&#8217;s hard enough to get the right amount of sleep, but 10 minutes is hardly enough to feel a difference. But it will make a huge difference to your morning routine when you no longer have to rush out the door and race impatiently past slower drivers on your way to work. Cultivate calmness by giving yourself extra breathing room to contribute to a morning free of chaos. </p>
